Having climate control, an iron, and a TV in our new-fashioned and well-designed room. The pool area is nice too.

Had such wonderful stay for 2 nights. All the staff was extremely hospitable and attentive, resolved my issues. The twin room was well-equipped and functional with the poolside patio, so that guests had essentials. This was a perfect location near easy to walk around, central square and the main square / park.

The room was modern and had smoke detectors. The staff members were polite and courteous. The hotel is in a very central area, close to both Zocalo and the main square, cenote zaci.

The room had functioning A/C, which was great. The hotel's location was amazing, very close to the main plaza, downtown, easy street parking, main square.

Appealing and fairly clean hotel, marvellous and stunning location close to the major landmarks. Great food combined with a GOOD service. Functional room with exceptionally comfortable bed and pleasant views. Location short walk to common areas, main plaza and the center. Again, 5 minutes walk from a Mexican folk art.

The staff here are really friendly and helpful, they do a great job keeping everything clean and organized. The room has a cool, modern style with really nice air conditioning, and everything looks brand new. The service is welcoming, and there's plenty of parking available. 🌟

The twin room was spacious and had a ceiling fan. The large patio was a nice addition. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from an intimate museum.

The staff is incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to accommodate guests. The hotel has a great location, close to the town center and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have great showers. The hotel offers free amenities such as drinking water, coffee, and tea, as well as free breakfast with bread and jam.
